Asian Development Bank
The Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s work in the health sector supports health infrastructure and systems, as well as governance and financing. In 2013, ADB set up the Regional Malaria and Other Communicable Disease Threats Trust Fund (RMTF) to support developing countries in the region in developing multi-country and multisector responses to malaria and other communicable disease issues.
ADB publishes available funding opportunities on a dedicated Projects & Tenders webpage.
Please see below for more information about calls for proposals.
There are currently 22 approved projects (i.e. projects that have been approved by ADB’s Board of Directors or the relevant ADB authority) and 101 active projects (i.e. projects that have met the conditions for effectiveness for at least one of its sources of financing and is ready for or already undergoing implementation) in the area of health.
